Event ID 46 - One or more RD Licensing certificates has expired. Please re-register. ID

Open RD Licensing Manager (licmgr.exe), right-click on the server name and choose Advanced/Reactivate Server.
Give the reasoning (corruption or expired in the drop down menu).
Reactivating should resolve the issue with the event id 46
