Installing Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 4 (KB2463332) (update 1 of 1)... FAILED
Go to your services and stop SQL Writer service...
Download the full file from MS and run manually the upgrade (as it is not a service pack but full upgrade)!
Once done all should be ok and all services running ok!
PS If you have WSUS forcing the update and your Backup exec services failing every day, its probably due to this update that crashes the SQL.
Once manually updated you will be good to go!
