Game Error: Civilization V does not start. Error related to d3dx9_42.dll or d3dx11_42.dll

Download the two files from dll repository on the web (just copy paste file names and search).
You will find d3dx9_42.zip and d3dx11_42.zip.
Put the two missing/corrupt dll files in your installation directory where the CivilizationV.exe or CivilizationV_DX11.exe or CivilizationV_Tablet.exe reside!
