Windows 10 After Upgrade/Update is stuck at the Welcome Back screen!

Please make sure you do no have any USD WiFi adapter connected during the boot.

Once you get in the Welcome Back screen click next and complete your account setup!

All should be back in normal! Now you can use your usb WiFi again!
