SQL Fix: "The sa password must meet SQL Server password policy requirements"

If part of a domain  go to your policy an disable the complexity.

If not part of the domain then just open a disable it at your local gpedit

This is temporary to finish the insallation,

NOTE: Make sure you dont have length or other settings...
