1. **Go to IBM Fix Central**

2. **Enter Your Server Details**  
   - Select your model (e.g. *System x3550*, type *7978*)
   - Optionally choose your operating system

3. **Select the Firmware Packages You Need**  
   - Tick the boxes next to the firmware(s) you want
   - Scroll to the bottom and click **Continue**

4. **Choose Your Download Method**  
   - Select one of these:

     - ✅ *Download using bulk FTPS/SFTP*
     - ✅ *Download using your browser (HTTPS)*

5. **Click Continue Again**  
   - Accept IBM’s license agreement
